They have <br /> served as our "agent of record" with the League of Minnesota Insurance Trust for many <br /> years. <br /> We have been paying $3,900 for the past number of years. Elowever, last year, we <br /> obtained a quote from another provider for a lower amount. This was discussed with <br /> American Agency and they agreed to drop their fee to $2,000 for 2010. <br /> Given our long relationship and the reduced cost, staff recommends approval of the <br /> Agency Service Fee Agreement as presented. <br /> 1 <br /> <br />
