At this meeting, <br /> the Council directed the property owners to meet with city staff within 30 days to report <br /> on the status of the property. "I'he Council continued the hearing until the February 24, <br /> 2010, meeting to allow the owners 60 days to correct the remaining violations. The <br /> Council suggested that the owners work on several of the easy items that needed to be <br /> corrected (i.e. removal of inoperable vehicles) before the 30-day meeting. <br /> "I'o date the property owners have not contacted or met with city staff since the December <br /> 16'x' meeting. I have attached to this memo pichues from the December 16`x' inspection <br /> and pictures taken today oi'the property. "fbe following is the list of violations noted on <br /> December 16`" - <br /> e The enclosing of the cold storage building is not complete; <br /> 1'he floor of the storage building remains a dirt floor; therefore, the truck being <br /> stored in the building is not allowed; <br /> a Outdoor storage of eduipment exists in unapproved locations; <br /> a "There is debris on the side of the building; <br /> a 'T'here is outdoor storage in front of the screening fence; <br /> 'there are vehicles in unapproved locations and these vehicles appear to he <br /> inoperable; <br /> a The outdoor storage area on the side of tlie building is not screened. <br /> "the property owners have completed the siding on the storage building, removed one <br /> inoperable truck, and removed some of the debris alarg the side of the building. <br /> I Iowever, some debris still exists Enld OUtd001' Storage that IS along side the building is not <br /> properly screened.
