The submittal consisted of plans, specifications, and drainage <br /> calculations with a latest revision date of February 22, 2010. Based upon our review it <br /> appears that this submittal satisfactorily addresses most of our previous comments. <br /> As indicated on Sheet 4 of the plan, the installation of the sanitary sewer and watermain <br /> across the Battista and Himmelbach properties will be completed under a separate City <br /> project. We are currently working with the affected property owners with the anticipation <br /> of construction this summer to provide service to the Gervais Woods development. The <br /> developments share of these costs will be addressed in the development agreement. <br /> As requested, the ponding system for the development is now designed to <br /> accommodate the drainage from the possible future lots from the combination of Outlot <br /> B and portions of the Quam property. The increased pond size is being accommodated <br /> through a land swap with Ramsey County, which County staff has reviewed and is <br /> recommending the County Board approve. <br /> We would recommend requiring that Storm Structure 5 be moved to the curb line at the <br /> shared lot line between Lots 3 and 4, Block 2 and Storm Structure 4 be moved to the <br /> curb line at the shared lot line of Lots 2 and 3, Block 2.
