Grant money is being provided for the automation of• entry <br /> doors; and it appears there is the chance for a grant award that would completely cover the cost <br /> of these improvements. <br /> Staff is requesting that the Council approved the attached resolution authorizing the grant <br /> application and the entering into an agreement with the Office of the Secretary of State relative <br /> to the grant. <br /> if the City does not receive a grant amount sufficient to cover the: entire cost, the matter will be <br /> brought back to the Council for a decision on whether or not to proceed with the improvements. <br /> 1 <br /> <br />
