BILL OF SALE <br /> FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Timothy Dinneen (Seller), hereby sells <br /> <br /> and conveys to the City of Little Canada, a Minnesota Municipal Corporation (BUYER), <br /> <br /> the following property located at 2442 Rice Street, Lot A, Little Canada, MN: <br /> 1964 ACTT Manufactured Home (VIN J0350S297) and related accessories. <br /> Seller hereby represents and warrants that Seller is the owner of the personal <br /> property described above, that the personal property is free from all encumbrances <br /> (except as listed below), and that Seller has the right to sell and convey the personal <br /> property to Buyer. Seller agrees to warrant and defend sale of the personal property to <br /> Buyer against any and all person(s) who claim title to the personal property described <br /> above, subject only to the encumbrances listed below. This Bill of Sale shall bind the <br /> Seller and benefit the Buyer and their successors and assigns. <br /> Seller also represents that he owes the Lien Holder, Mr. Pearson, more than the <br /> value of the above referenced unit.
