3/19/2010
City of Little Canada,
Please find enclosed a request for a conditional use permit to tear down the existing garage on the
property and construct a new structure. Please note that this Conditional Use Permit request replaces a
previous request over a year ago. The previous request was for two structures on the property but was
not followed through due to cost of the piling systems required on the lot. It was more economical to
construct one building instead of two and the understanding was that a new Conditional Use process
was required.
Enclosed are the following:
a Conditional Use Permit application
e Existing site plan
a Proposed site plan
d Foundation plan
Draft architecture renditions of proposed, new structure
$500 Conditional Use Permit Fee
I'm hoping this permit request is in time for the next upcoming review. I am traveling this week on
business so please call my cell phone at 612-747-7271 with any questions or discussions needed.
Thank you for your time and for all the help and guidance you've given me to date.
David Schwietz
620 Keller Parkway
Little Canada, Mn. 55117
h:651-494-0622
c 612-747-7277.
