Hanson <br /> vaww. ci.little-canada. mn. us <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> TO: Owners of Property in the Triangular Area Bounded by County Road <br /> C/Jackson Street/Little Canada Road as well as Union Hall Property <br /> FROM: Joel Hanson, City Administrator <br /> DATE: March 30, 2010 <br /> RE: Proposed Rezoning of four Property to Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br /> Poolside has requested the rezoning of its property at 121 >?ast County Road C from General <br /> Business (B-3) to Plamled Unit Development (PUD) as it is their feeling that the current use of <br /> their property can be better managed under the PUD Zoning District. <br /> Given this rezoning request as well as the fact that the property west of the railroad tracks along <br /> Little Canada Road is zoned PUD District, City staff felt a broader zoning review of the general <br /> area should occur. The property recommended for review includes the area bounded by County <br /> Road C/Jackson Street/Little Canada Road as well as the Union Hall property. <br /> Attached is the City Planner's report dated January 27, 2010 which discusses the rezoning and <br /> the general issues for consideration in more detail.
