CITY OF LITTLE CANADA A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING ON A VACATION COMMENCED BY A PETITION OF A MAJORITY OF LANDOWNERS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, a t~etition signed by impacted property owners was received by the City Clerk on the 12i1' day of April, 2010; and WHEREAS, the petition requested that the City Council pursuant to MN Statute 412.851 vacate certain drainage and utility easements as described below: DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT VACATION DESCRIPTION That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 4, "Township 29, Range 22, Ramsey County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at a point on the east line of the west 864.25 feet and 547.24 feet north of the south line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 4; thence North 64 degrees 06 minutes 51 seconds East, the east line of said west 864.25 feet has an asswned bearing of North 00 degrees 59 minutes 58 seconds West, 55.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing North 64 degrees 06 minutes 51 seconds East 150.00 feet; thence North 25 degrees 53 minutes 09 seconds West, 40.00 feet; thence North 47 degrees 4] minutes 14 seconds West, 135.90 feet Lo the south right of way line of Labore Road; thence southwesterly, along said south right of way line, 100.00 feet to the east line of the west 864.25 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 4; thence southeasterly, 131.63 feet to the point of beginning and there terminating. Which permanent drainage and utility easement is described as the southeasterly 6 feet, the northeasterly 6 feet, the northwesterly 6 feet and the southwesterly 6 feet of the above described property as dedicated in Document Nmnber 3529541.
