MINUTIJS

CITY COUNCIL
APRIL 12, 2010
Sculley asked for documentation of this. The Administrator indicated that
he could submit a letter to the Sculley family on this issue. I Ie noted that
the issue for the City is to cover its costs. Sharon Sculley stated that her
concern is that a sewer line in the location proposed by the City could
negatively impact potential lots. The Administrator agreed that the
development layout of the Sculley property is unknown at this time but
any easement should be placed along lot lines.
Sharon Sculley asked about the potential of this sanitary sewer line
serving the Johnson property. The Administrator replied that that is a
possibility, but pointed out that the sewer would have to run through two
other properties in addition to the Sculley land before it gets to the
Johnson property. That issue will be considered at the time a development
proposal for the Johnson property is submitted.
There was no one else present wishing to address this matter.
Upon motion by Keis, seconded by McGraw, the public hearing was
closed.
Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOL UTION NO. 2010-4-81-ORDERING IMPROVEMENT NO.
2010-14, NORTHEAST UTILITYEXTENSIONAND THE
PREPARATION OF PLANS
The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss.
Ayes (5).
Nays (0).
