Kcsolution declared adopted. <br /> The City Administrator reviewed the Parks & Recreation Director's report <br /> relative to the Parks & Recreation Commission's recommendation to <br /> proceed with Thunder Bay Park improvements. The Little Canada <br /> Recreation Association (LCRA) has committed to fund half of the cost of <br /> the total project, up to $37,500 provided that the City funds the other half. <br /> The City Administrator indicated that this is a budgeted item and the <br /> City's share of the cost would come from the 10% Fund, funded by a tax <br /> on charitable gambling net prof ts. <br /> The City Administrator noted that the Council has previously approved <br /> this park improvement, but as part of on-going budget discussions there <br /> was discussion about revisiting the past approval of the project. <br /> The consensus of the Council was to move forward with the Thunder Bay <br /> Park Improvement as previously approved. <br /> CALL PUBLIC The City Clerk reported that the owners of the Gcrvais Woods property <br /> HEARING TO have petitioned for the vacation of drainage and utility easements that <br /> CONSIDER exist on this property.
