RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OR PLANS <br /> RIRST BANK D121VE <br /> IMPROVEMENT NO.2010-19 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> A resolution of the City Council adopted the 12°i day of May, 2010, fixed a date for a <br /> Council hearing on the proposed improvement of First Bank Drive by street <br /> reconstruction, concrete curb and gutter, and storm sewer improvements; <br /> AND WHEREAS, <br /> Ten days' mailed notice and two published notices of the hearing was given, a~~d the <br /> hearing was held thereon on the 21"day of June, 2010, at which all persons desiring to be <br /> heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the <br /> feasibility report. <br /> 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution <br /> adopted the 21 s` day of Jmre, 2010. <br /> 3. Lee Elfering & Associates is hereby designated as the City Engineer for this <br /> improvement. The engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making <br /> of such improvement. <br /> Adopted by the Council this 21" day of June, 2010. <br /> William Blesener, Mayor <br /> Attest: <br /> Joel R.
