Hanson <br /> www. ci.little-canada. mn. u s <br /> CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT <br /> ONTARIO ROAD (LAHORE ROAD TO CUL-DE-SAC) <br /> MILL AND OVERLAY <br /> IMPROVEMENT NO. 2010-18 <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Little Canada will meet at the Little Canada <br /> City Center at 515 Little Canada Road at 630 p.m. on Monday, June 21, 2010 to consider <br /> the improvement of Ontario Road (from LaBore Road to cul-de-sac) by rehabilitated bituminous <br /> road surface (mill and overlay) as well as repair/replacement of damaged concrete curb and <br /> gutter sections pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111. The area proposed <br /> to be assessed for such improvement is all Little Canada properties abutting said improvements <br /> as described above. "fhe estimated cost of the improvement is $105,000.00. A reasonable <br /> estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing.
