Jolutson stated that water has been running into <br /> this area for years, and noted that the State increased the size of the pond <br /> as part of the Unweave the Weave project. Johnson pointed out that the <br /> State took some of his property for the pond expansion. <br /> Stanke indicated that he has already discussed this issue with the State and <br /> is concerned about flooding after a big rain. Biesener suggested that the <br /> City Administrator contact the State to determine if there is anything that <br /> can be done to address Stanke's concerns. <br /> The City Planner pointed out that the City F..ngineer has indicated that <br /> because the disturbance area is over an acre, Drywall Supply will have to <br /> obtain a Watershed permit. Johnson reported that his site planners are <br /> working with the Watershed ou the necessary permits. <br /> Montour asked about the future of the Drywall Supply sign on Counb•y <br /> Drive. Johnson noted that per the last agreement, Drywall Supply will <br /> lose the sign, but the new owners of the front building will have a sign in <br /> this location. The sign may be lower in height and smaller in size. <br /> ,lohnson was not sure of the specifics. <br /> There was no one else present wishing to comment on this matter. <br /> upon motion by Allan, seconded by Montour, the public hearing was <br /> closed. <br /> Mr. Keis inh~oduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2008-G-158 -APPROVING THE AMENDMENT <br /> TO PUD PERMIT ALLOWCNG FOR THE EXPANSION OFAN <br /> EXISTING METAL BUILDING USING SIMILAR MATERIALS TO <br /> PROVIDE FOR NEW OFFICE AND RESTROOM SPACE AS WELL <br /> AS INCREASE WAREHOUSE SPACE AT 3225 COUNTRY DRIVE, <br /> DRYWALL SUPPLY, SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS OFTHE CITY PLANNER AS OUTLINED IN <br /> HIS REPORT DATED JUNE G, 2008, WITH THE ADDITIONAL <br /> CONDITION THAT THE LOWER BAND OF TIIE B UILDING <br /> MATERIALS MUST BE BRICK VENEER, SUBJECT TO <br /> COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OFTHE CITY <br /> ENGINEER AS OUTLINED IN H!S REPORT DATED JUNE 4, 2008, <br /> WITH MR.
