City staff inspected the property on July 12°i and <br /> determined that the length of the grass on the property is a nuisance violation. As a result <br /> of the inspection, city staff sent an abatement notice Yo the property owners requesting the <br /> violation be corrected by July 23`~ or staff would recommend abatement of the nuisance <br /> violation. So the Council is aware, this is a vacant property owned by a Tnancial <br /> institution. City staff mailed the abatement notice to address shown on the Ramsey <br /> County Property Records as well as posted the abatement notice on the property, <br /> I conducted an inspection today and verified that no action has been taken to correct the <br /> violation. At this time, city staff is recommending the City Council authorize staff to <br /> proceed with the abatement action at 3070 Edgerton Street. <br /> <br />
