The back building is not large enough to park multiple semi-trucks and trailers
inside, which clearly does not meet one of the Conditions of Approval if this PUD amendment is to be
considered.
2) The driveway is insufficient in width to accommodate semi-truck & trailer traffic. There is not enough
room to turn the vehicles around once on the property without driving onto my property. Within the last two
weeks, I have already witnessed a driver of one of the semi-truck/trailers utilizing my property to turn around.
The weight of these large vehicles will destroy the asphalt on my property, as it is not intended to support that
much weight.
3) The tenant renting my property has expressed concerns about the semi-trucks creating a traffic hazard
on Rice St. There is also significant noise and dust created by the large vehicles driving down the adjoining
driveway.
Please present my concerns to the planning commission/city council. Let me know if you have any questions
regarding my objection to approval of an amended PUD permit. I am more than willing to discuss this matter
further.
Regards,
2 1
