<br /> 9. All hunters must use a fall restraint harness while on stand. Hunters also must utilize <br /> a lineman's strap or climbing rope that attaches to the h•ee and to the harness, during <br /> ascending and descending access operations. <br /> 10. Only "I'reestand Manufacturer's Association (TMA) approved stands/ steps are <br /> acceptable. Use of any homemade stands/steps is prohibited for safety reasons. <br /> 11. Only buckthorn can be cut for shooting lanes. Cutting should be flush with the <br /> ground. Shooting lanes should be minimized so that stand locations are not readily <br /> apparent. <br /> 12. Only deer maybe taken during special hunts. No other animals may be taken. <br /> 13. The Sculleys shall maintain a log of hunt dates and times, party members, the number <br /> of deer taken by sex, and the number of umecovered deer. This information shall be <br /> provided at the conclusion of the hunt or within 24 hours after being requested by the <br /> City. <br /> 14. Ilunters cannot track deer outside of designated Sculley property. If deer retrieval is <br /> required outside of the Sculley property, the hunter must obtain written landowner <br /> permission before tracking deer onto other properties. "the City shall be notified no <br /> later than the next working day of any "off property" tracking that occurred and be <br /> provided with copies of all permission slips. <br /> 15. Any trespassers should be immediately reported to the Ramsey County Sheriff's <br /> Department. <br /> 16. Hunters are directed not to speak to any protestors, news media or any people <br /> attempting to interfere with the hunt. These types of incidents are to be immediately <br /> <br />
