EXTRACT OF MINUTES <br /> OF A MEETING OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br /> SEPTEMBER 20, 2010 <br /> <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Little <br /> Canada, Ramsey County, Minnesota was duly called and held at the City Center of said City on <br /> the 20th day of September, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: <br /> Blesener, Boss, ICeis, McGraw, and Montour. <br /> And the following were absent: None. <br /> Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE <br /> REAPPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> Ramsey County has notified the City of property divisions necessitating the reapportionment of <br /> property assessments to new property identification numbers; <br /> AND WHEREAS, <br /> The City Council has reviewed these proposed reapportionments and finds them to be in order; <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE <br /> CANADA hereby approves the reapportionment of property assessments as follows: <br /> Division No. DB070844 <br /> Old PTD Original Assessment Amount <br /> 07-29-22-21-0097 $1,366.00 <br /> 07-29-22-21-0098 $1,366.00 <br /> 07-29-22-21-0099 $1,366.00 <br /> Reapportionment <br /> 07-29-22-24-0174 $4,098.00 <br /> The adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Council Member and upon vote <br /> taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Blesener, Boss, Keis, McGraw, and Montour. <br /> And the following voted against same: None. <br /> 3 <br /> <br />
