I have had several dealings with him over the years regarding <br />other billboard locations In the city and I inquired as to the possibility of "buying out" the <br />lease for the billboard located on the Little Canada property you are purchasing from TOPC. <br />Mr. Sonterre informed me that Clear Channel rarely addresses the removal of billboards <br />which have agreeable terms and conditions. In that regard, he sent me the enclosed email <br />confirming that Clear Channel is not interested in terminating the lease at this time. <br />
