NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING MINUTES <br />ONTARIO ROAD FROM COUNTY ROAD D TO CUL -DE -SAC <br />MONDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 2010 <br />6:00 P.M. <br />No residents of Ontario Road were present for the neighborhood meeting. Please see <br />attached informational packet for information on current condition of the road and <br />proposed improvements. A full mill and overlay project is proposed from County Road <br />D south to the end of the cul -de -sac. Damaged curb and curb that is holding water will <br />be replaced and some subgrade correction may be necessary in areas of the worst <br />deterioration. Driveway approaches would be modified to soften the angle of entrance <br />into driveways. Residents would be responsible for modifying their driveways to match <br />into the new curb cut at their own cost. Residents would receive a credit on their <br />assessment if they chose not to modify their curb at the driveway entrance. <br />44 <br />
