MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JANUARY 3, 2011 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -1 -3 ADJOURNING THE CLOSED <br />SESSION AND RECONVENING THE SPECIAL COUNCIL <br />MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (3). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />The City Attorney noted that the special council meeting reconvened at <br />8:35 a.m. He summarized the discussion at the closed session related to <br />the City's concern with rates being charged by the Saint Paul Board of <br />Water Commissioners, and their direction to him to file notice of claim <br />with the Board at this time relative to those rates. <br />ADJOURN Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -1 -4 ADJOURNING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (3). <br />Nays (0).
