RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />PAYNE AVENUE <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 2011-04 <br />WHEREAS, <br />A resolution of the City Council adopted the 15`" day of December, 2010, fixed a date for <br />a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of Payne Avenue by full depth mill and <br />overlay of bituminous road surface as well as concrete curb and gutter repair and /or <br />replacement; <br />AND WHEREAS, <br />Ten days' mailed notice and two published notices of the hearing was given, and the <br />hearing was held thereon on the 10th day of January, 2011, at which all persons desiring <br />to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Such improvement is necessary, cost effective, and feasible as detailed in the <br />feasibility report. <br />2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution <br />adopted the 10` day of January, 2011. <br />3. Lee Elfering Associates is hereby designated as the City Engineer for this <br />improvement.
