WELCOME <br />HEIDI <br />MURPHY <br />ELECTION <br />OF CHAIR <br />VICE <br />CHAIR <br />MINUTES <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />JANUARY 13, 2011 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 13th day of <br />January, 2011 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair Dan Knudsen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Tom Fischer <br />Mr. Jon Hall <br />Ms. Heidi Murphy <br />Mr. Chuck Pechmann <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mr. Kevin Helander, Cable TV <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, City Clerk <br />The entire Planning Commission welcomed Heidi Murphy as a new <br />member of the Commission. <br />Upon nomination by Barraclough, seconded by Hall, Tom Duray was <br />unanimously appointed as Vice Chair of the Planning Commission. <br />Upon nomination by Duray, seconded by Pechmann, Dan Knudsen was <br />unanimously appointed as Chair of the Planning Commission. <br />The November 9, 2010 Planning Commission meeting minutes were <br />approved as submitted. <br />AMENDMENT Chair Knudsen reported that Commissioners Fischer and Pechmann <br />TO PUD were recusing themselves from discussion of and action on the St. <br />PERMIT Jude request for PUD Permit given potential conflicts of interest. <br />ST. JUDE <br />MEDICAL The City Planner reported that St. Jude Medical is proposing an <br />approximately 20,000 square foot addition to their existing Phase 1 <br />building at the St. Jude campus along County Road B -2.
