Based on staff' s review of the code, parking and /or storage of a <br />recreational vehicle is not allowed in the front yard other than on the driveway. <br />R -1 Zoning District, 905.030.13 Storage of recreational vehicles and recreational <br />equipment which is owned by the occupant of the principal residence, subject to the <br />regulations of Section 903.020 and 903.050 of this Ordinance. <br />Zoning Code 903.020.0 Exterior Storage. All materictIs and equipment except as <br />provided for in Sections 905 through 920 of this Ordinance shall be stored within a <br />building or fully screened so as not to be visible from adjoining properties, except for the <br />following: <br />Zoning Code 903.050.F4 No portion of the street right -of =way shall be used fhr parking. <br />Zoning Code 903.050.1:6 In the case of single family, two- family townhouse and <br />Quadraminiamr dwellings, parking shall be prohibited in any portion of the front yard, <br />except designated driveways leading directly into a garage or one (1) open, .surface <br />space located on the side of a driveway, away from the principal use. <br />5 <br />MAYOR <br />13111 Blesenor <br />COUNCIL <br />Rielc Montour <br />John Keis <br />Michael McGraw <br />Shelly Boss <br />ADMINISTRATOR <br />Joel R. Recreational equipment and vehicles except that no parking of recreational <br />vehicles that are out of current season .shall he permitted in the font yard (e.g. boats <br />during winter, snowmobiles during summer, etc.). <br />Zoning Code 903.030.C.3 In rear yards: recreational equipment, clothe.slines and poles, arbors <br />and trellises, balconies, breezeways, open porches, detached outdoor living rooms, garages, and <br />air conditioning or heating equipment to a point not less than ten (10) feet from the rear lot line. <br />Zoning Code 903.050.1:3 There shall be no off street parking within ten (10) feet of any street <br />surface. <br />
