Please note that 201.0 was the last year in this five <br />year plan. The gross levy increase for the 2010 Budget was 3.41 and liquor License <br />fees were raised by that percentage. The gross levy increase for the 2011 Budget was <br />3.94 and if the Council continued to use this as the basis for liquor license increases, <br />2011 fees would be as follows: <br />Current 2011 <br />On -Sale Liquor License $4,206 $4,372 <br />On -Sale Wine License $608 $632 <br />The following liquor license fees are regulated by State Law, and Little Canada is at the <br />maximum it can charge for these fees: <br />On -Sale Sunday $200 <br />Consumption Display $300 <br />Off -Sale Liquor License $380 $280 if State Conditions are met <br />The State conditions are as follows, and it should be noted that all three conditions must <br />be met: <br />1. The licensee agrees to have a private vendor train all employees <br />within 60 days of hire and annually thereafter in laws pertaining to <br />the sale of alcohol, the rules for identification checks, and the <br />responsibilities of establishments serving intoxicating liquors; <br />2.
