Summary and Recommendation <br />The application for outdoor storage by CUP appears to meet most of the requirements <br />of the Zoning Ordinance, with the notation that a number of detailed requirements are <br />pending the identification of tenants and the arrangement of the storage area on the <br />site. The storage area itself is in compliance with the dimensional and other <br />requirements of the ordinance. Staff recommends approval of the CUP for outdoor <br />storage, with the following conditions: <br />a. The applicant obtains the appropriate licensing. <br />b. Verification that all storage is utilized by tenants of the building on this property. <br />c. Details of storage components, height, and arrangement are verified, and <br />monitored to comply with the provisions of the ordinance. <br />d. Shipping containers are maintained in accordance with the provisions of the <br />ordinance. <br />e. The applicant identify the location of waste - handling containers in the allowable <br />storage area, or other location that would meet the requirements of the <br />ordinance. <br />f. The City's fire inspectors approve the location and layout of the storage area. <br />g.
