NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency which are hereby acknowledged, IBC and the City agree to the following: The City has approved the payment of IBC's moving costs claim in the amount of $12,910 48.. This payment shall serve as full and final payment of all eligible relocation moving costs IBC has incurred as a result of being displaced by the City,. The City has approved the payment of IBC's reestablishment costs claim in the amount of $50,000.00.. This payment shall serve as full and final payment of all eligible reestablishment costs IBC has incurred as a result of being displaced by the City. 3 IBC acknowledges that it was represented in this matter by its own attorney, Barbara M.. Ross, and has been fully informed of the contents and the implications of this Agreement by Ms.. Ross, IBC acknowledges that it has had ample opportunity to speak with the relocation consultant retained by the City, Jon Morphew from Schnitker Law Office, P..A.., regarding the contents and implications of this Agreement and the relocation advisory services, claim assistance, benefits and payments for which it is eligible under the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, as amended, 49 C.F..R 24 and as adopted by the State of Minnesota via Minn.
