MINUTES <br />RAMSEY <br />COUNTY <br />LEAGUE <br />OF LOCAL <br />GOVERNMENTS <br />AMENDMENT <br />TO PUD <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MARCH 23, 2011 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 23rd day of <br />March, 2011 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Acting Mayor Rick Montour called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m and <br />the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Acting Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mayor <br />City Administrator <br />Cable TV Producer <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Ms. Shelly Boss <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Kevin Helander <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />Ms. Boss introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011.-3-62 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE MARCH 7, 2011 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />McGraw reported that there is a meeting of the Ramsey County League <br />of Local Governments (RCLLG) this Thursday, at Irondale High School <br />regarding using volunteers in communities. McGraw also reported that <br />the RCLLG will have a meeting on April 24111 on fire fighting which he <br />urged Council Members to attend. <br />Acting Mayor Montour opened the continuation of Public Hearing to <br />consider an application for Amendment to PUD Agreement for the <br />
