MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />APRIL 13, 2011 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 13th day of <br />April, 2011 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Council Member Mr. John Keis <br />Council Member Ms. Shelly Boss <br />Council Member Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Council Member Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Administrator <br />Cable "I'V Producer <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Kevin Helander <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Ms. Boss introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -4 -70 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE MARCH 23, 2011 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING AND THE <br />MARCH 23, 2011 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -4 -71— APPROVING THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />*APPROVAL OF THE VOUCHERS; <br />*APPROVAL OF ASSESSMENT REAPPORTIONMENT FOR <br />DIVISION NO. DD070950 <br />
