The original approvals <br />expanding the list of potential uses in this area was identified as "PUD -B ", a zoning <br />district with a specific set of allowances. The current regulations applying to the PUD <br />District on this parcel provide for the following: <br />PUD -B District (Graba) <br />A. The list of uses permitted under the Graba PUD-13 Permit are as follows: <br />1. Antique or gill shop <br />2. Art and school supplies <br />3. Bicycle sales and repair <br />4. Boat and marine sales (indoor) <br />5. Books, office supplies or stationary stores <br />6. Camera and photographic supplies <br />7. Carpet, rugs and tile <br />8. Coin and philatelic stores <br />9. Electrical appliance stores including incidental repair and assembly, but not <br />fabricating or manufacturing <br />10. Florist shop <br />11.
