Sewing machine sales and service <br />25. Tailor shops <br />26. Toy stores <br />27. Variety stores, sporting goods stores, and stores <br />of similar. nature <br />28. Piano / Musical Instruments <br />29. Medical Equipment Store <br />30. Golf Store <br />31. New home builder and remodeling center showroom. <br />32. Thrift Stores, provided all goods are stored and <br />sold indoors. <br />33. Sports training facilities. <br />34. Spas and Salons. <br />B. Accessory Uses. The following shall be permitted <br />accessory uses to an established principal use within <br />the PUD District: <br />1. Signs according to the requirements of Little <br />Canada Zoning Ordinance Section 903.110, and <br />according to plans submitted to and approved by <br />the City Council, subject to the following <br />stipulations: <br />a. The applicant shall not be required to submit <br />a Comprehensive Sign Plan as the signage plan <br />for the site, provided that total signage does <br />not exceed fifteen percent (15 %) of the north <br />and east building silhouettes. <br />b. One freestanding sign is allowed, per approved <br />plans. <br />2. Accessory commercial or business buildings and <br />structures for a use accessory to the principal <br />use, but such use shall not exceed thirty (30) <br />percent of the gross floor space of the principal <br />use. <br />3. Off- street parking as regulated by Section <br />903.050 of this Ordinance. <br />4. Off - street loading as regulated by Section <br />903.060 of this Ordinance. <br />5. Public pedestrian trails (as defined by Section <br />902 of this Ordinance) but not public parks. <br />C. Prohibited Uses. There shall be no outdoor storage, <br />outdoor sales, or outdoor commercial activities of any <br />kind in the PUD -B District. <br />7 <br />
