The release defines the <br />easement as being 75' in width which is typical for this size line. This being <br />said, a 10' building as you've shown will be acceptable. If you decide to expand <br />the building further south please let me know and we can review this in further <br />detail. <br />Also, I've attached our 115kV encroachment guidelines that you need to keep in mind <br />as you go forward with your project.
