MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 27, 2011 <br />CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br />There was no one else present from the general public wishing to <br />comment on this matter. <br />Upon motion by Boss, seconded by McGraw, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011-4-86 — APPROVING AN INCREASE IN <br />2011 LIQUOR LICENSE FEES EQUIVALENT TO THE CITY'S <br />GROSS LEVY INCREASE AS FOLLOWS: <br />ON -SALE LIQUOR $4372 <br />ON -SALE WINE $632 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -4 -87 — APPROVING THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />*APPROVAL OF THE VOUCHERS; <br />*APPROVAL OF ASSESSMENT REAPPORTIONMENT FOR <br />DIVISION NO. DD070974; <br />*APPROVAL OF INTERIM THIRD PARTY GIS DATA <br />AGREEMENT WITH RAMSEY COUNTY AND AUTHORIZING THE <br />MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE ON BEHALF <br />OF THE CITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />TOBACCO The City Attorney reported that the Council has before it a proposed <br />ORDINANCE amendment to the City's Tobacco Ordinance as well as a model tobacco <br />ordinance which was put together by the League of MN Cities. The <br />Attorney explained that while the State regulates tobacco sales, cities can <br />have tobacco regulations that are stricter than State Law. He noted that <br />the amendments being proposed to the City's Tobacco Ordinance are <br />15 <br />9 <br />
