MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />APRIL 27, 2011 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 27th day of <br />April, 2011 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Council Member Mr. John Keis <br />Council Member Ms. Shelly Boss <br />Council Member Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Council Member Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />Cable TV Producer <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Trevor Oliver <br />Mr. Kevin Helander <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -9 -78 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE APRIL 13, 2011 WORKSHOP -A COUNCIL MEETING, THE <br />APRIL 13, 2011 WORKSHOP -B COUNCIL MEETING, AND THE <br />APRIL 13, 2011 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />ARBOR DAY Mayor Blesener proclaimed Friday, April 29, 2011 as Arbor Day in the <br />City of Little Canada and May as Arbor Month. <br />FUNDRAISER Mayor Blesener announced that the Ramsey County K -9 Unit and Ramsey <br />FOR RAMSEY County K -9 Foundation will be hosting a spaghetti dinner fundraiser on <br />COUNTY K -9 Sunday, May 1st, from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Little Canada Old Fire <br />UNIT Hall. Tickets are $10.00 at the door. <br />
