Conditional Use Permit for the property at 2978 Rice Street, Little Canada <br />• The Intended Use of this property is going to be an Acupuncture Clinic. <br />There will be one Acupuncturist working in the clinic. There may be an <br />additional Acupuncturist working at the clinic in the future. However, that <br />is speculation and not the case at this time. <br />• The hours of operation will be 9am to 5pm, Monday through Saturday. <br />• The number of patients /clients seen daily, on average, may be 8 to 12. The <br />appointments scheduled are staggered, and, with that, there may be at <br />times, one, possibly two clients waiting while one client is being worked on. <br />• Because of the staggered appointment scheduling there will be ample <br />parking for the persons that visit the clinic. <br />• The Conditional Use Permit will not detract nor injure any neighboring <br />properties or from the character of the neighborhood. <br />• There are adequate public facilities in the surrounding area /neighborhood. <br />2 <br />
