f. The master bedroom (Bedroom #1) which is used for sleeping is limited to <br />storage of 20% of the total space. The master bedroom must be clean and <br />sanitary and must be compliance by June 29, 2011. <br />g. The dining room area is limited to storage of 20% of total space. The <br />dining room area and must be clean and sanitary and be in compliance by <br />July 13, 2011. <br />h. By July 20, 2011, you are required to install carbon monoxide detectors as <br />required by Minnesota Statute § 299F.50, which requires an approved <br />carbon monoxide alarm meeting U/L specifications within ten (10) feet of <br />each room lawfully used for sleeping purposes. <br />i. By July 20, 2011, you are required to install smoke alarms as required by <br />the Minnesota State Fire Code which states "A smoke alarm must be <br />installed in each sleeping room in addition to a point centrally located in <br />the corridor or area providing access to each separate sleeping area ". <br />j. Owner must demonstrate that the water service in the dwelling and the <br />septic system serving the dwelling are in functional working order by July <br />27, 2011. <br />k. The basement area must have three feet of clear space around the furnace, <br />water heater, and electrical panels. The basement is limited to storage of <br />50% of total space and stacked no higher than 3' 0" on top of any surface, <br />including the floor, tables, or shelving. The basement area must be clean <br />and sanitary and in compliance by August 10, 2011. <br />1. All other undefined areas of the interior of the home must be clean and <br />sanitary by August 15, 2011. <br />m. All exterior areas of the property need to be free of litter and debris by <br />August 15, 2011. <br />n. Owner shall have the dwelling inspected for rodent infestation, and treated <br />if necessary, prior to August 31, 2011. <br />o. The outdoor swimming pool needs to be fence or the hole filled by <br />September 30, 2011. <br />
