AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 802 <br />OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY CODE RELATING TO <br />TOBACCO PRODUCTS <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA ORDAINS: <br />Chapter 802 of the Little Canada City Code is amended as follows: <br />Section 1 <br />802.060. TERM. Tobacco Products licenses shall be for a term of ene -year six months. <br />The annual Tobacco Products license shall commence July 1 and January 1 of each year. <br />Section 2 <br />802.050. LICENSE FEE. The annual Tobacco Products license fee shall be determined <br />by resolution of the City Council. If the application is made after January 1 or July 1, the annual <br />fee shall be pro -rated on a monthly basis. <br />Section 3 <br />SUMMARY PUBLICATION. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 412.191, in the case of a <br />lengthy ordinance, a summary may be published. While a copy of the entire ordinance is <br />available without cost at the office of the City Clerk, the following summary is approved by the <br />City Council and shall be published in lieu of publishing the entire ordinance: <br />This ordinance reduces the term of Tobacco Products licenses issued by the City from <br />one year to six months. <br />Section 4 <br />Effective Date: This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and publication. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council of Little Canada this day of , 2011. <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />BY: <br />Al PEST: <br />BY: <br />Joel R.
