I- lanson <br />Yan Liu has made application for a Massage Therapy Business License to take over <br />ownership of Asian Massage located at 2864 Middle Street. Yan Liu would take <br />ownership immediately upon approval by the Council. Therefore, the proposed license <br />period is June 21, 2011 through June 30, 2012. <br />Asian Massage will have three massage therapists, the maximum allowed under our <br />Code. Guangxiu Ciao is currently licensed through June 30, 2011, and is requesting <br />renewal of her Massage Therapist License through June 30, 2012. Yan Liu and Fang <br />Chenglcooken have made application For Massage Therapist Licenses from June 21, 2011 <br />through June 30, 2012. <br />Sheriff's Background Checks have been run on all three individuals and are satisfactory. <br />Therefore, staff recommends approval of the above licenses. <br />1 <br />
