As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is FPI Paving Contractors, Inc. <br />The total amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is $148,162.83. <br />Subtracting 5% retainage of $7,408.14 and previous payments of $108,707.51, the <br />amount due the Contractor is $32,047.18. <br />This pay estimate includes payment for all the replacement of the waterwork trails and <br />finish aggregate and paving of the Thunderbay park area. We have inspected the work <br />preformed by FPI Paving Contractors and find it to be in compliance with the plans, <br />specifications, and contract documents.
