As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is Tower Asphalt, The total <br />amount earned by the Contractor on this final pay estimate is $230,157.29. Subtracting <br />previous payments of $214,550.18, the amount due the Contractor is $15,607.11. <br />This pay estimate includes payment for the restoration and the release of all retainage <br />on the project. All work preformed by Tower Asphalt is in compliance with the plans, <br />specifications, and contract documents.
