1. Equipment. As of the Effective Date of this Second Amendment, Landlord hereby leases to <br />Tenant the additional space f o r the placement of three (3) additional antennas (fora total of nine <br />(9 ) antennas) on the Little Canada Water Tower described on Exhibit B ( "Additional Leased <br />Premises and Antennas "). hi addition, Landlord consents to the installation and operation of <br />additional antennas, associated cables and equipment as more completely described on attached <br />Exhibit B. The Additional Leased Premises and Antennas shall be subject to the same terms of <br />the Agreement, except as said terms are amended by this Second Amendment. <br />2. Rent. Paragraph 3 (a) of the First Amendment is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced <br />with the following paragraph. <br />(a) Amount, Adjustments. As consideration for this Lease, commencing on <br />, 2011, Tenant shall pay Landlord a monthly rent in the amount of Two <br />Thousand Three Hundred Ninety Seven Dollars ($2,397.00), which shall be increased <br />each year on January 1 by Four percent (4.0 %) of the previous year's annualized rental. <br />3. Notices. Section 12 of the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the <br />following: <br />NOTICES. All notices, requests, demands and communications hereunder will be given by first <br />class certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, or by a nationally recognized <br />overnight courier, postage prepaid, to be effective when properly sent and received, refused or <br />returned undelivered.
