I know some places that <br />give the initial inspection for free and only charge a fee for re- inspections should a <br />deficiency be found and written up. In my opinion (and this is only my opinion) a re- <br />inspection fee only could give the impression that should I need to raise revenue for some <br />reason, I can almost always find a reason to cite something, re- inspect and charge a fee <br />3 <br />
