MB) MB) MB) MB) <br />Joel- <br />Sorry, I have had this memo for a month or so already, but I haven't thought about the <br />next steps and how far the District should push this with design services. I appears that <br />there are options for Gopher and they appear to be interested in doing something. I think <br />there is a possibility that we could do a phased approach for Gopher. Phase 1 could be <br />addressing the pond issue with option 1 as proposed by Nathan below. Phase 2 could be <br />working with Gopher on some parking lot rain gardens if we can get the lot drainage to <br />work. <br />How does this sound? If it sounds good to you, 1 will have Nathan talk with them again to <br />see if we can get this going. The District would cost -share with them (we have raised our <br />cost -share percentage to 75% - the property owner is responsible for the remaining 25 %). <br />Cliff <br />Clifton J.
