As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is FPI Paving Contractors, Inc. <br />The total amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is $151,612.83. <br />Subtracting 5% retainage of $7,580.64 and previous payments of $140,754.69, the <br />amount clue the Contractor is $3,277.50. <br />This pay estimate includes payment for installation of the basketball hoop at Thunderbay <br />Park. We have inspected the work preformed by FPI Paving Contractors and find it to <br />be in compliance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents.
