STEP 8: Contribution to Stormwater Impact Fund <br />► For the remaining volume reduction needed, the applicant shall pay into a stonnwater impact fund that will be used <br />by the District to complete volume reduction projects. The contribution amount is $40,000 per acre of impervious <br />surfaces on a project site. At this contribution amount, the rate per cubic foot is $12.25.
