If you'll <br />recall, early i.n the design process there were some questions about turn lane lengths and <br />whether they would be adequate to handle the projected traffic. At that time SEH reviewed <br />the traffic study and, with a small adjustment in the turn lane lengths, said that they <br />would adequately serve the expected traffic. At that time, we probably should have <br />replied more formally, but, to clarify, we concur with the analysis done by SEH that the <br />turn lane design will work for current and expected traffic levels.
