CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />REGARDING REVISED SPENDING PLAN <br />FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING I-ISTRICT NO, 3 -2 <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota (the "City ") will meet on Monday, August 29, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. or as soon <br />thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 515 Little <br />Canada Road East, Little Canada, Minnesota, for the purpose of conducting a public <br />hearing on the proposal to adopt a Revised Spending Plan for the Tax Increment <br />Financing District No. 3 -2 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.176 <br />Subd. 4m. <br />A draft of the proposed Revised Spending Plan is available for public inspection <br />as the office of the City Administrator at City Hall during regular business hours <br />commencing on August 16, 2011. <br />At the time and place fixed for the Public hearing, the City Council will give all <br />persons who appear at the hearing an opportunity to express their views with respect to <br />the proposal.
