MINUTES <br />PUD — <br />ST. JUDE <br />MEDICAL <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />AUGUST 24, 2011 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 24th day of <br />August, 2011 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Council Member <br />City Administrator <br />City Planner <br />Cable TV Producer <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Ms. Shelly Boss <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Kevin Helander <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -8 -156 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE AUGUST 10, 2011 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING AND <br />AUGUST 10, 2011 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider the request for a <br />Development Stage PUD to construct a portion of a parking structure <br />under an approved PUD Concept Stage Plan at One St. Jude Medial Drive <br />requested by St. Jude Medical. The City Planner, City Engineer, and <br />Planning Commission have recommended approval subject to conditions. <br />The City Planner reported that St. Jude Medical has applied for a <br />Development Stage PUD to construct a parking deck over a portion of <br />
