Hanson <br />As the 2011 Improvements will be substantially compete this fall, staff is recommending that the <br />Council declare costs, order preparation of assessment rolls, and call for assessment hearings. <br />Below is the proposed hearing schedule: <br />WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 19, 2011 <br />6:30 p.m. - Imp. No. 2011 -01 -- Ontario Road (from County Road D south to <br />end) — full depth mill and overlay of bituminous road surface as <br />well as repair /replacement of damaged concrete curb and gutter <br />sections <br />6:50 p.m. — Imp. No. 2011 -03 — Jessica Court — mill and overlay of bituminous <br />road surface as well as repair /replacement of damaged concrete <br />curb and gutter sections <br />7:10 p.m. - Imp.
