EXTRACT OF THE MINUTES <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />SEPTEMBER 14, 2011 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Little Canada met <br />in regular session at the City Center on Wednesday, September 14, 2011at 7:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Blesener, Boss, Keis, and Montour. <br />The following members were absent: McGraw. <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -9- <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL <br />FOR UNPAID UTILITY ACCOUNTS <br />COUNTY NO. S531200390 <br />TERM — ONE YEAR <br />WHEREAS, <br />Pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Council has met and heard <br />on unpaid utility account that have been proposed to be assessed to property taxes for the <br />year payable 2012 for the following property: <br />04- 29 -22 -21 -0015 <br />3046 LaBore Road <br />Little Canada, MN 55109 <br />Amount Due - $845.94 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The City Council has reviewed the assessment roll for unpaid utility account for <br />3046 LaBore Road and finds it to be in order and declares that this unpaid balance shall <br />be certified to property taxes payable in 2012. <br />2. The City Administrator shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this <br />assessment to the County Auditor to be extended on the property tax lists of the County. <br />Such assessments shall he collected and paid over in the same manner as other municipal <br />taxes. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof <br />
