Manson <br />www.ci.little-eanada.nin.us <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor Blesener and Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Joel Hanson, City Administrator <br />DATE: September 23, 2011 <br />RE: Demont Rink <br />Based on the results of the Community Survey, the Park & Recreation Commission <br />discussed the reopening of the Demont Rink. The Commission recommended that the <br />Council consider the reopening of the rink for the 2011/2012 season based on an <br />operational plan that would explore the complete reopening, a reopening with reduced <br />hours, or a balanced reduction in hours at the Demont Rink and the Old Fire Hall Rink. <br />If the Council concurs with that recommendation, City staff would present a <br />recommended operational plan to the Council for consideration at an upcoming meeting. <br />1 <br />
